This is going to be the final image I’ll post from those I made on my London photo-walk. I have a few images from a recent trip to Edinburgh waiting in the wings and, on Thursday, I’m off to Italy for a week so I expect I’ll have a few images to show from that trip.
This one was taken in front of the Price Waterhouse Coopers building on London’s South Bank, near Tower Bridge. The building’s floor plan is shaped a bit like a ‘C’ and, in the gap between the two arms of the ‘C’ has been planted a small grove of Silver Birch trees. When I was there, they were strongly lit from one side whilst the surrounding walls were in deep shadow, making for a somewhat surreal scene. I took a few shots, of which, this is one of my favourites.
